In the past several months legislators around the world are working on regulating AI because of near term perceived threats to society. In the US legislators are working on such regulations. The problem is almost to a US legislator based on their hearing statements, they don't have a clue about the basics of AI Computer Science and how AI based products are developed. How does the ISS World Community expect law makers to distinguish AI criminal investigation products from Generative AI initiatives? 

Couple this is an initiate underway by privacy groups to ban evidence collected by law enforcement using AI based (e.g., ISS) products because Law Enforcement doesn't understand AI so their gathered evidence is tainted.

The goal of this webinar is to provide an understanding as well as talking points for law enforcement and the government intelligence community who must differentiate AI used for fighting crime and terrorism from Generative AI initiatives under deployment by Microsoft, Google and others. Webinar topics include:
