ISS World Dubai - COVID Safety Procedures

Your health and safety is a priority at ISS World.

Below are the COVID safety procedures we will follow at ISS DUBAI. They are based on the Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (Dubai Tourism) regulations and the Marriott's guidance.

Increased Cleaning and Disinfection

The hotel will provide continuous cleaning throughout the course of the event, with a focus on high-touch areas such as door handles, restrooms and food and beverage areas. The exhibit and conference rooms will be closed each night for deep cleaning.

Hand washing facilities and sanitizing stations will be provided throughout the event space. We encourage all participants to regularly wash and disinfect their hands.

Distancing Protocols

Online registration - ISS Dubai requires preregistration through ISS WORLD's online registration system. Badges may not be swapped.

Physical distancing - participants must socially distance by 2M. We will use a one-way traffic system around show floors, signage and floor markings to facilitate proper social distancing.

Food and beverage - All food will be served by hotel personnel with proper PPE equipment. Self service is not permitted.

Protection and First Aid

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) - Participants will be required to wear a face mask.

First aid - ISS World will have a separate area for persons feeling ill or display symptoms of COVID-19.

Updates

All attendees, exhibitors and staff will be required to comply with these measures.

These health and safety precautionary guidelines are subject to change as directed by local authorities, and will be updated as needed to comply with any new or relaxed safety directives.
