Breck McDaniel provides law enforcement training and services on behalf of his company, Geocell, LLC., and has been a police officer since 1995. He is also a sergeant with the Houston Police Department who formed the Communications Intelligence Unit (CIU) of the Criminal Intelligence Division (CID). He has worked extensively with communications data since 2001 by providing critical support in lawfully obtaining, interpreting, analyzing, archiving, mapping, presenting communications data, and, in regularly surveilling communications devices and services.
