Future Intelligence Evaluation: Collaboration, Processing and Visualization
The world and its challenges has been dramatically changing over the last decade:
conflict scenarios changed, international terrorism occurred, globalization and new technologies like SAT-phones, mobile internet, GPS and smart phones became part of our daily routine. This presentation shows solutions how to fuse various sensor data within one intelligence platform to better collaborate, process and visualize data according the idea from sensor, to information and knowledge.

The Identity Management in the LI: the key to Identify the New Era Targets
Nowadays identity management and social network analysis have become a crucial aspect for the investigation effectiveness. To reach such a goal, a full integration between data analysis and interception is a key element. An example of such integration will be shown through the presentation of a real case.

Breaking the habit: Content Evaluation in a Multi-Sensor Environment
Multiple sensors, different media types and a range of ways of transmitting - this means vast amounts of intercepted data. Most probably there is malicious material in between. But how to deal with infected material in your evaluation suite without infecting your physical system? Convert in a virus free format? Open the material on a separated client? Ignore the material? "Breaking the habit" gives you a solution to focus on more important aspects than on handling of potentially virus infected material.

Search Engine and Data Mining - a Potential  Symbiosis
For the handling of large amounts of data, operators need to rely on automatic filtering and the selection of the presented content. There are two approaches: search engine based technologies and data mining. They differ with respect to the end-users’ workflows, the necessary knowledge and overall system requirements. However,  to  get a better result,  they can  be used complementarily and thus become a symbiosis.  Some components of search engines may be re-used in data mining installations and vice versa.  In this presentation, the advantages and disadvantages with regard to the different objectives will be illustrated
